Crispy Roasted Radishes

Ingredients
  1. 2 bunches radishes (about 20), halved
  2. 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
  3. 1/4 teaspoon salt (plus more to taste when done)
  4. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  5. 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  6. 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  7. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Toss radishes with olive oil and spices. Roast for 30-40 minutes until golden and crispy. Season with extra salt to taste.
