How the CSA Works

Members purchase a ‘share' of the farm in advance of the growing season. This fee helps support the costs of running the farm and in return, members visit the farm weekly from June through October to pick up their share of produce.

2008 Share pick up hours are:

• Mondays & Wednesdays from 1:00pm – 6:30pm
• Fridays from 1:00pm – 4:00pm

You can switch your day should the need arise; just give us a call in advance and let us know! If you go on vacation or are unable to pick up your share for any reason, please note that you can assign your share to a friend or neighbor for that week. Extra produce will be donated to a local shelter serving folks in need. Remember that if you go away you can also choose to donate your share to the shelter. There is no work requirement for shareholders although volunteers are always welcome.
