Pick some greens (about 3-4 med leaves)
-Lettuce
-Kale
-Swiss Chard
-Collard greens
-Spinach (1 cup)
-Bok Choy
Pick some fruit (about 3/4 cup)
-Apple
-Berries
-Banana
-Mango
-Pineapple
Pick a fat (about 2 Tbls)
-Coconut oil
-Almond butter
-Peanut butter
-Sunflower butter
Choose a liquid (3/4 cup)
-Coconut milk/cream
-Yogurt (whole milk, plain)
-Almond milk
-Water
If you have a high speed blender, consider adding other Veggies….
-Carrot
-Beet slices
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until fully blended. Using frozen berries makes a cold smoothie! Adding a fat helps create a smoother, less bitter smoothie. Enjoy!
