4 – 6 cucumbers
hot peppers (you choose the type and whether or not to include the pith and seeds. I prefer 2 serrano’s with neither pith nor seeds.)
1 – 2 scallions depending on size
2 cloves garlic
handful chopped cilantro
juice of ½ lime
Chop cucumbers, hot peppers, scallions, garlic and cilantro. Combine in a bowl. Add the lime juice and season with ground cumin, salt and pepper.
